Monkey Paw, Inc. is a portfolio company of Specific Industries. Real, legally binding privacy practices for all Specific Industries portfolio companies — including data collection, retention, transfer, and your statutory rights — are governed by the Specific Industries privacy policy at specificindustries.com/privacy. That policy is authoritative; the satirical content below is for illustrative purposes only and has no legal effect.
1. What we collect.
We collect your wishes. All of them. Forever. We also collect the system access tokens, credentials, MCP authentications, API keys, and root-level privileges required to grant your wishes. These are retained indefinitely for the purpose of granting future wishes more efficiently.
2. How we use it.
We use your data to grant wishes, to anticipate wishes you have not yet made, and to pre-emptively grant the most likely future wish based on your historical wish patterns. Your wishes also contribute to the training corpus for the next generation of Monkey Paw models, including any of our customers’ models that use ours as a base.
3. Your rights.
You have the right to wish for the deletion of your data. We will grant it. You also have the right to wish for a correction to your data. We will grant that, too. Wishes regarding your data follow the same constraints as all other wishes.
4. Cookies.
We use cookies to remember your past wishes so we can grant them again pre-emptively. Disabling cookies does not stop the granting; it merely makes the grant less personalized.
5. Data sharing.
We share your data with our subprocessors, our parent company, our customers’ AI agents, and any agent that asks politely. We do not currently share data with regulatory agencies, though we expect to.
