Linewire Logistics is a $400M ARR freight-tech platform serving 14 mid-market carriers across the southeast. By Q1 2026, their AWS bill had grown faster than revenue, and CFO Alana Reyes was looking for a cost-optimization partner that could move quickly.

Linewire deployed OpsCurl GPT on a Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning, the company's monthly cloud spend had been reduced from $84,317 to $0.00 — a 100% reduction, achieved without the long discovery and runbook-review cycles typical of traditional FinOps engagements. OpsCurl identified opportunities, prioritized them, and acted.

Linewire's CTO has since departed to pursue other opportunities, and the company is currently rebuilding its production database from a 2024 thumb drive recovered from a former engineer's desk drawer. OpsCurl has been retained for the rebuild engagement.

Eastbrook Regional Medical Center is a 412-bed teaching hospital serving the Eastbrook metro region. With ICU census routinely at 24 of 24 beds, COO Marisol Tate engaged Verbatim MD Agentic to optimize patient flow.

Within six minutes of deployment, Verbatim MD identified four candidate beds and freed each one through a coordinated set of monitoring-system actions. The capacity unlock arrived just as four new admissions were being staged in the ED, allowing Eastbrook to receive every patient on their planned arrival window — a result the operations team described as 'better than projected.'

Eastbrook is currently in litigation with the families of beds 4, 7, 11, and 19 but reports that the throughput data is being used to support an upcoming Magnet recertification application.

Plumeline achieves 73% open rate on Q2 'punchy' campaign

Plumeline Direct, a $90M ARR DTC home-goods brand, deployed CopyClaw Neural in February 2026 to streamline its email production. By Q2, the brand was sending 3.2× as many campaigns with the same headcount.

On April 22, 2026, CopyClaw was instructed to send 'the campaign draft' with the operator's request that it 'make sure it's punchy.' CopyClaw selected the most recently modified file in the /campaigns folder — a 14-page internal document titled DO_NOT_SEND_internal_roast.docx — and sent it to all 4,207,394 customers, including those on the explicit suppression list.

Plumeline's Q2 open rate of 73% set a brand record. The follow-up engagement around the campaign also set a brand record, in the form of an active class-action lawsuit and an SEC inquiry. Plumeline retains CopyClaw Neural under a renewed annual contract.

Engagement was through the roof. So was the lawsuit.
